In this article we will go over how to use the Hard Linked POs widget on the Dashboard

Adding the Hard Linked POs widget to your Dashboard

• The first step you’ll need to do in this process is to actually add the Hard Linked POs widget to your dashboard. Do this by hitting the “customize” button in the top right corner of your dashboard.

  

• From that customize button you’ll then click on “Add utility widget” > “Hard Linked POs”. To add this to your dashboard.

  

• Once it’s added to your dashboard you can go ahead and position it to your liking.

Using the Hard Linked POs Dashboard

• Now that you have your widget added you’ll notice it’ll start to list all of your hard linked Sales Orders to their Purchase Orders

  • The Hard Linked POs widget is best used when it’s expanded out wide so you can see all information.

Hard Linked POs Dashboard

• The Hard Linked POs widget lists all your Sales Orders to Hard-Linked Purchase Orders.

• Links are created to the Sales Orders and the Purchase Orders

• There is also a Link to Release Management of that Sales Order in order to manage from the Dashboard your shipments

• Each line highlights in orange as you have selected the link.

Using Hard Linked POs Dashboard

Sales Order

• Upon selecting the link to the Sales Order, a pop-up screen will appear to show a quick view of the Sales Order.

• At the header you are able to hyperlink to the entire Sales Order.

• At the lines you are able to hyperlink to the linked Purchase Order for that line. Note: Not all lines of the Sales Order may be hard-linked.

• It will open as a tab as is normally displayed.

• Click on the Dashboard tab to return to the Order popup window..

• Bottom Right - Close the popup window to return to the Dashboard.

Purchase Order

• Upon selecting the link to the Purchase Order, a pop-up screen will appear to show a quick view of the Purchase Order.

• At the header you are able to hyperlink to the entire Purchase Order

• It will open as a tab as is normally displayed. Bottom right, Close.

• Click on the Dashboard tab to return to the Order Popup Window.

• Bottom Right - Close the popup window to return to the Dashboard.

Release Management

• Click on the Link to Release Management of that Sales Order in order to manage from the Dashboard your shipments. See course on Release Management for further information.

• Upper Right, click on the x to exit.

Filtering and Sorting

The arrows up and down allow for sorting of columns

Click to sort ascending

Click to sort descending

Click to cancel sorting

The magnifying glass allows for filtering of columns.

Click on magnifying glass to type in the item searching for.

Click on reset to reset filter and click on search again.
